Lesson 1 - Studying the Newspaper
Material Needed:
- Copies of a daily newspaper, one edition can be shared by up to three students every morning for 1 week.
Assignment
- How many of you have a daily newspaper delivered at home?
- What parts of the newspaper do you read the most?
- You will need to read the newspaper each morning (afternoon) as part of the next unit of study. Every morning you need to come in and read the newspaper every start of the class.
- You'lll have 10 to 15 minutes at the beginning of each class to pick up a newspaper and read it. Put the sections back in order.
